Job description

Your Role / Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and participate in SAP GTS implementations and support projects.
  • Configure and customize SAP GTS modules including Global Trade Management, Compliance Management, and Customs Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FICO) for seamless integration.
  • Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Troubleshoot issues in GTS processes and provide ongoing support for system enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
