Technical Support Engineer (PV Plants Scada)

Our services include design, technical specifications, engineering, supply, testing, and commissioning of servers, dataloggers, PLCs, integration with external control centers, customer-tailored gateway solutions for communication protocols, SCADA Service Level Agreements, improvement of existing SCADA systems, new development, integration, configuration, and on-site / remote technical assistance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our products to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.

What you responsible for :

• Manage, analyze and address the electronic Issues / Tickets efficiently.
• Reproduce customer environment and run tests
• Liaise between after sales, customer and development team to properly address customer problems
• Troubleshoot and configure the Scada software and hardware
• On / Off- site servers configurations and commissioning of Scada systems
