Job Title : QA Automation taster (SDET)

Job Description :

We are hiring a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in testing Java-based microservices and payment domain applications . The role involves manual and automated testing, API validation, and ensuring high-quality backend releases in an Agile setup.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and execute manual and automated test cases for APIs and microservices.

Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber .

Perform API testing using tools like Postman and RestAssured .

Validate backend data through SQL / PLSQL queries on Oracle / PostgreSQL databases.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams.

Integrate automated tests within CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins / Bamboo).

Work with Kafka , cloud-based environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) , and version control systems (Git).

Log and manage defects using JIRA or Rally , ensuring timely resolution.

Required Skills :

6–9 years of experience in QA / Automation Testing .

Strong expertise in Java, API testing, SQL , and test automation frameworks .

Experience in the Payments or Financial Services domain preferred.
