Job Title : QA Automation taster (SDET)

Job Description

We are hiring a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in testing Java-based microservices and payment domain applications . The role involves manual and automated testing, API validation, and ensuring high-quality backend releases in an Agile setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases for APIs and microservices.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman and RestAssured.
• Validate backend data through SQL / PLSQL queries on Oracle / PostgreSQL databases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams.
• Integrate automated tests within CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins / Bamboo).
• Work with Kafka, cloud-based environments (AWS / Azure / GCP), and version control systems (Git).
• Log and manage defects using JIRA or Rally, ensuring timely resolution.
