Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end / year-end closing processes.
• Oversee financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with startup goals.
• Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems and processes suitable for a startup environment.
• Handle tax filings, regulatory compliance, payroll coordination, and other statutory requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and product to support business initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, bankers, and financial advisors.
• Monitor cash flow, analyze financial data trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting best practices.
• Lead or support audits and financial reviews as required.
