Job description

We are seeking high-potential tech savvy finance professionals with strong analytical acumen and global mindset to join our Finance team. You will work on high-impact projects across geographies, including FP&A, Audits, Sustainability finance, M&A, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead financial planning, analysis, costing and modeling for global initiatives (e.g. cost optimization, ESG reporting)
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across geographies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India, Jordan, Bangladesh, UAE, and Hong Kong.
Oversee audits, compliance, and risk management in alignment with global standards
Optimize financial operations for profitability.
Present insights to senior leadership and contribute to board-level reporting.

Qualifications, experience and skills required :

Qualified Finance professional CA is mandatory. Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage

3-5 years of experience(post article ship) in Corporate finance, FP&A, Budgeting or Audits.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Exposure to global teams or multi-country projects is a plus.

Strong drive to learn, contribute and take on new challenges with enthusiasm and commitment to excellence.

Proactively seeks to understand the “why” behind decisions and data, showing intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset.
