Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic smart and career-oriented individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as IT Recruiter Interns. This internship provides real-time exposure to global recruitment operations helping you understand how IT hiring works across different geographies including India UK USA and Australia.

As an IT Recruiter Intern you will learn to manage end-to-end hiringfrom identifying candidates and conducting initial screenings to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and source candidates through LinkedIn Naukri Indeed and other job portals.
• Understand job requirements and shortlist candidates accordingly.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal and client teams.
• Maintain recruitment trackers databases and interview feedback records.
• Support senior recruiters and delivery managers in closing open positions.
• Handle professional communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Candidates with a neutral UK or US accent will be given preference.
• Interest in Human Resources Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Basic understanding of IT roles such as Cloud DevOps Networking and Cybersecurity (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong coordination interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
• A positive attitude eagerness to learn and commitment to timelines.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors or masters degree in human resources Business Administration Computer Science or any related field.

Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
