Semiconductor Yield Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking a Yield Management System Lead to spearhead our Yield Management System team in a 300mm Wafer Fab. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and creating a Data Integration framework that collects data from diverse sources, developing algorithms for data analysis to enable root cause understanding and yield optimization, partnering with cross-functional teams to foster continuous system improvements, and generating automated yield reports.

• Leading the Yield Management System team for a 300mm Wafer Fab.
• Designing and creating a Data Integration framework that collects data from different sources.
• Developing algorithms for data analysis to enable root cause understanding and yield optimization.
• Partnering with PI / YE, CFM teams and vendors to enable continuous system improvements.
• Automation & Reporting : Generating Automated yield reports.

Prior experience in the semiconductor industry with specific experience in E-test / Wafer Sort is highly desirable.
