Expert in Yield Improvement

Job Summary

As a Senior Yield Management Specialist, you will lead the Yield Management team for 300mm Wafer Fab and partner with Digital / IT team to design and develop Yield Management software and Database.

• Design Data Integration framework collecting data from sources : E-test, Defect Inspection, Inline Metrology, Sort.
• Develop algorithms for yield analysis enabling root cause understanding and optimization.
• Generate Automated yield reports ensuring reliability and scalability.
