You will assist in maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Practical knowledge and a willingness to learn are valued most.

Key Responsibilities :

• IT Support : Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• System Maintenance : Assist in the maintenance of computers, servers, and networking equipment.
• Software Installation : Assist in installing and updating software across the company's systems.
• Troubleshooting : Identify, diagnose, and resolve basic IT problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Data Backup : Help ensure regular data backups and contribute to the company&aposs data security efforts.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions in a ticketing or documentation system.
• Network Support : Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company's local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity.
• Security Monitoring : Support basic IT security tasks, such as ensuring antivirus updates and security patches are applied.
