We are seeking a technical leader to manage our Navision v5 team and handle service delivery management responsibilities. The role combines hands-on technical leadership in Microsoft Dynamics NAV v5 with service delivery management.
The ideal candidate will guide the team in handling incidents, service requests, and enhancements while managing client relationships, SLAs, and governance activities for a global distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : Provide guidance on implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV v5.
- Service Delivery Management : Manage client relationships, SLAs, and governance activities.
- Team Management : Lead a 3–4 member AMS team.
