Accounts Assistant

Overview :

We are hiring an Accounts Assistant for a role in the HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning) industry. This position is ideal for fresh commerce graduates who want to begin their career in Accounts. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting work help with entries records and basic documentation and also assist in inventory-related tasks while learning practical accounting skills.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in basic accounting work.
• Maintain ledgers and support reconciliation tasks.
• Help with data entry and maintaining records.
• Support in preparing invoices bills and vouchers.
• Handle filing and document management.
• Assist the senior accountant in daily operations.
• Inventory management and materials upkeep
