How will you contribute

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Process Management (BPM) and Process Intelligence Consultant who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, process analytics, and digital transformation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing leading Process Mining and BPM platforms such as Celonis and Signavio, driving process optimization, automation enablement, and measurable business outcomes for global clients.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise, business process understanding, and consulting acumen — ideal for professionals aspiring to shape the future of process transformation.

Key responsibilities :

Process Mining & BPM Delivery

  • Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Celonis and Signavio for global clients, including data integration, process modeling, analysis configuration, and dashboarding.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to analyze, map, and optimize enterprise processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire).
  • Perform process conformance, bottleneck, and root-cause analysis using process mining tools to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Design and maintain As-Is and To-Be process models using BPMN standards within Signavio / ARIS.
  • Work closely with data engineers to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from ERP systems (SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, Oracle, D365, etc.) into Celonis and Signavio platforms.
  • Configure Celonis Data Models, Dashboards, KPIs, and Action Flows, ensuring performance and accuracy.
  • Support integration with Task Mining, Action Engine, and Automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Develop Signavio process collaboration workspaces to align process owners and enable governance.
  • Client Advisory & Value Realization

  • Conduct discovery sessions and value assessments with business and IT stakeholders to identify high-impact process areas.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations, quantifying value (ROI, TCO, cycle time reduction).
  • Create executive-ready deliverables including process insights, opportunity summaries, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with automation, analytics, and AI teams to drive integrated process transformation.
  • Support change management and adoption through storytelling, training, and success tracking.
  • Qualifications

    Must Have

  • 2–4 years of experience in Process Mining, BPM, or Process Intelligence consulting.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Celonis and / or Signavio solutions (minimum one full lifecycle).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data models, and ETL logic.
  • Understanding of BPMN, process design, and process optimization techniques.
  • Functional understanding of at least one process domain : Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Hire-to-Retire.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business storytelling
  • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx) or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Awareness of AI and GenAI-driven process transformation approaches.
  • Experience working with global clients or consulting firms in process excellence or transformation roles.
