About the Role -

We are looking to hire an experienced MIS ( Management Information System) professional with proven track record with data analysis & reporting with experience in creating dashboards, using SQL & VBA, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, H Lookup, Advance Excel, MS Access, Import Data & Export Data, etc.

Job Location : Sarabhai Campus, Vadodara, GJ (On-Site / Work from Office)

Job Description :

Data Analysis and Reporting - Collect, organize, and analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement. Create regular reports & dashboards for management to make data-driven decisions.

MIS Integration : Collaborate with the IT department to maintain and improve Management Information Systems for billing purposes. Ensure that billing systems are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.

Compliance and Regulation - Stay up to date with relevant billing regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure billing processes adhere to legal and industry standards.

Customer Communication - Address customer inquiries related to billing, providing excellent customer service. Assist in resolving billing-related issues.

Billing Process Management - Oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensure accurate and timely generation of customer invoices. Handle billing disputes and resolve discrepancies.

Real time Analysis, Performance reports, Daily Performance Report, Internal Dashboard Reports, etc.

Job Requirement / Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, HR, or related field.

3+ years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis & Reporting

Good Analytical thinking & Attention to detail

Strong organizational skills, Communication and interpersonal skills

Adaptability, Problem-solving & Data management ability

Good Technical proficiency in creating dashboards, Data analysis, Advance Excel, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, H Lookup, Sum, Sum ifs, Count, Count IFs, Condition Formatting, Validation, MS Access, Query Design, Table Create, Import Data, Export Data, SQL & VBA.
