About the Role -

We are looking to hire an experienced MIS ( Management Information System) professional with proven track record with data analysis & reporting with experience in creating dashboards, using SQL & VBA, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, H Lookup, Advance Excel, MS Access, Import Data & Export Data, etc.

Job Location : Sarabhai Campus, Vadodara, GJ (On-Site / Work from Office)

Job Description :

• Data Analysis and Reporting - Collect, organize, and analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement. Create regular reports & dashboards for management to make data-driven decisions.
• MIS Integration : Collaborate with the IT department to maintain and improve Management Information Systems for billing purposes. Ensure that billing systems are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
• Compliance and Regulation - Stay up to date with relevant billing regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure billing processes adhere to legal and industry standards.
• Customer Communication - Address customer inquiries related to billing, providing excellent customer service. Assist in resolving billing-related issues.
• Billing Process Management - Oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensure accurate and timely generation of customer invoices. Handle billing disputes and resolve discrepancies.
• Real time Analysis, Performance reports, Daily Performance Report, Internal Dashboard Reports, etc.
