Are you an analytical digital marketer with a passion for scaling organic growth? As a Search Engine Optimization Manager / Senior Manager at GrowthJockey, you’ll lead the SEO strategy, execution, and optimization efforts across multiple ventures. You will work closely with performance marketing, product, and content teams to strengthen our clients’ organic presence, increase qualified traffic, and maximize ROI using data-driven insights and AI-powered tools.

💡 Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
• Lead SEO audits to identify technical, on-page, and off-page opportunities for performance improvement.
• Drive keyword research, competitive analysis, and site architecture optimization to enhance organic rankings.
• Oversee link-building initiatives and partnerships to strengthen domain authority.
• Collaborate with the content and performance marketing teams to align SEO efforts with campaign messaging and conversion goals.
• Utilize advanced web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to monitor and report performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights from data to optimize ongoing campaigns and improve ROI.
• Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates , emerging SEO trends, and AI-led innovations.
• Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, ensuring consistent delivery quality and best practices.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate progress, strategy, and outcomes effectively.
