Software Engineer

We’re looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer to help us build and deliver high-performance systems and features that power customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design, develop, and ship impactful solutions.Key Responsibilities : Design and develophighly scalable, low-maintenance systems .Build and implementrobust service and product interfaces .Lead and deliver projects independently with minimal supervision.Providetechnical supportacross multiple applications in our technology stack.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.Balance and prioritizemultiple competing tasksin a fast-paced, agile environment.Create and maintain clear technicaldocumentationfor projects.Collaborate across teams to driveroot cause analysisand resolution of issues.Continuously monitor system usage and product performance, driving improvements inreliability and quality .Requirements : 4–6 years of experience as aBackendSoftware Engineer .Strongproblem-solving and troubleshootingskills.Hands-on experience building backend applications inC / C++ .Knowledge of backend systems inJavais a plus.StrongSQL skillsand solid understanding of relational database concepts.Proficiency withUnix / Linux systemsand shell commands.Familiarity withcloud platforms(GCP, AWS) is a differentiator.Proven ability tomanage and prioritize multiple projectseffectively.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputed university.
