Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and organized Artist Manager  to manage end-to-end artist coordination for an upcoming event scheduled from 8–11 January . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in artist management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle time-sensitive planning. TLB will be taken care of.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end artist coordination leading up to and during the event.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for artists and internal teams.
• Oversee schedules, timelines, and key planning tasks.
• Stay actively involved in all relevant conversations and planning discussions from onboarding.
• Ensure smooth communication, logistics alignment, and timely execution on event days.
