About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier SAP professionals across various modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FICO, HCM, ABAP, etc.) to support our business and delivery functions.

Note : This role specifically requires expertise in SAP recruitment. Applications with generic recruitment experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand SAP-specific hiring needs and role expectations.
• Source qualified SAP candidates through job portals, , referrals, and other professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates for both technical and functional SAP roles.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely communication and feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with HRBPs and delivery SPOCs to align on hiring priorities and progress.
