Role Overview
BlitzenX is seeking an innovative and relationship-driven Talent Relationship & Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and build long-term connections with prospective candidates. This role emphasizes developing a 'candidate relationship management' approach similar to customer relationship strategies, fostering trust and engagement with top talent for both current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Identification & Outreach
- Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, professional networks, and industry events to identify high-potential candidates.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques, including talent mapping, networking, and leveraging employee referrals, to expand BlitzenX's talent pipeline.
Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)
Implement a CRM-like approach to maintain personalized relationships with prospective candidates.Develop and manage a candidate database, ensuring regular communication and engagement with potential talent.Design tailored outreach campaigns, including newsletters, event invitations, and role updates, to keep candidates connected to BlitzenX.Talent Nurturing & Engagement
Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience with BlitzenX.Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating BlitzenX's mission, culture, and growth opportunities to inspire candidate interest.Organize and participate in webinars, workshops, and networking events to deepen candidate engagement.Data & Insights
Track and analyze sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement metrics, and market trends to refine outreach strategies.Provide data-driven insights to hiring managers on candidate availability, competitor trends, and market dynamics.Collaboration with Hiring Teams
Partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand long-term talent needs and key skills for strategic roles.Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.Key Qualifications
Experience :3+ years in talent sourcing, relationship management, or a similar role in recruitment.Demonstrated success in building long-term talent pipelines and nurturing passive candidates.Skills :Expertise in CRM tools, ATS platforms, and professional networking tools.Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in data tracking, analytics, and reporting to measure the effectiveness of sourcing and engagement efforts.Personal Attributes :Highly organized with a strategic mindset.Creative problem-solver with a passion for connecting with people.Proactive, adaptable, and driven by results.Why Join BlitzenX
