About the Role
We are seeking energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executives to join our sales voice process team. The ideal candidates will be extroverted, highly motivated, and skilled in building strong customer connections over phone calls. This role is best suited for individuals with strong communication and convincing abilities who can drive sales and achieve targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and offer relevant solutions.
Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM systems.
Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
Handle objections and provide clear information to build trust and secure customer interest.
Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
Uphold company policies, compliance guidelines, and maintain professional conduct in all interactions.
Essential Qualifications
A Degree or Diploma is mandatory.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales (voice process preferred).
Skills Required
Strong communication skills in Telugu and Malayalam (mandatory).
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Energetic, extroverted, and confident personality.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call center software.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and engagement initiatives. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Collaboration and Coordination : Liaise with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and design, to coordinate marketing activities and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
