Title : Assistant Manager Digital Marketing.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Digital Marketing to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid / online marketing efforts.
This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, experience in digital marketing channels, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive online engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across digital platforms including SEM (Google Ads), display advertising, email marketing, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, etc., and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content for ad campaigns and other digital campaigns.
- Track KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Paid Channel traffic, CTR, and ROI on campaigns.
- Stay current with emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to propose new growth opportunities.
- Support lead generation and nurturing strategies through marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce etc.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications And Skills :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO / SEM strategies, and email marketing tools.Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush).Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.Strong project management and organizational skills.Preferred Skills :
