Intern - UI / UX Design

What will you do

• Design intuitive, high-conversion experiences across web / app — from quick UX improvements to full feature flows
• Run lightweight user research (interviews, surveys, heuristic reviews) and synthesize insights into problem statements
• Create wireframes, flows, sketches, and high-fidelity UI screens with reusable components
• Build interactive prototypes, conduct usability tests, and iterate based on feedback
• Contribute to the design system (components, spacing, typography, states, accessibility guidelines)
• Define success metrics with PMs, review analytics (funnels, drop-offs), and propose UX iterations
