UI Designer - Interaction Design

About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for crafting visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience across web and mobile platforms. Your designs will directly impact our products success and user Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and attractive UI designs.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Create visually appealing user interfaces adhering to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve UI elements.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to streamline the design process and maintain consistency.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, and incorporate them where appropriate.
• Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes to provide a seamless user experience.
• Participate in usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and enhance UI designs.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and UI projects.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus, to better collaborate with developers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished and intuitive user interfaces
