Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, online portals, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ property requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers and investors.
2. Property Presentation & Client Engagement
Conduct site visits, property tours, and virtual walkthroughs with prospective clients, showcasing key features and advantages.Deliver professional presentations that highlight property specifications, pricing, legal documentation, and investment advantages.Provide guidance on market trends, property valuation, ROI potential, and financing options to assist clients in informed decision-making.3. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers / owners to secure favorable terms.Prepare, review, and explain key transaction documents including booking forms, agreements, and payment schedules.Ensure seamless coordination between clients, developers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to complete sales within timelines.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.4. Relationship Management & Customer Service
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a consultative and personalised experience.Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers for referrals, repeat business, and portfolio expansion.Address client concerns promptly and collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.5. Market Research & Reporting
Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, pricing, and upcoming developments within assigned territories.Generate regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management review.Provide insights on customer preferences and market demands to support sales strategies and marketing initiatives.Qualifications & Skills
Experience : 1–4 years in real estate sales, property consulting, or related customer-facing roles.Strong understanding of residential or commercial real estate markets, project positioning, and buyer behaviour.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple leads simultaneously.Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.Ability to conduct property tours and fieldwork regularly.High integrity, customer-first mindset, and a strong drive for sales excellence.
