Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven
Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
with strong exposure in the
OEM industry , preferably in
Aerospace, Defence, and Casting / Foundry
segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in
Aerospace, Defence, and Industrial OEM markets .
Build and strengthen relationships with
Defence PSUs, Aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers, and private sector clients .
Develop business from
casting and foundry segments
(ferrous and non-ferrous) catering to Aerospace, Defence, and Industrial applications.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams (Design, Engineering, Production, and Quality) for timely project execution.
Prepare and deliver
technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations .
Participate in
RFI / RFQ / RFP processes
and ensure timely bid submissions.
Achieve
sales targets and business growth goals
as defined by the management.
Conduct
market intelligence and competitor analysis
to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
Represent the company at
trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure
customer satisfaction, timely collections, and long-term client engagement .
Key Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree
in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Aerospace / Production Engineering (MBA preferred).
7–15 years of experience
in Business Development or Sales within
OEM, Aerospace, Defence, or Casting / Foundry industries .
Proven track record of handling
precision components, machined castings, or aerospace-grade products .
Strong understanding of
defence procurement systems, OEM supply chains, and foundry operations .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong network and experience dealing with
Defence PSUs, HAL, DRDO, ISRO, and private OEMs .
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, reviews, and business expansion activities.
Preferred Attributes :
Exposure to
AS9100 / NADCAP / Defence Quality Standards .
Technical understanding of
casting processes, materials (aluminium, steel, titanium), and machining techniques .
Ability to lead technical-commercial discussions with clients and internal teams.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
