Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer located in Hyderabad, Telangana. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth IT operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing system administration, handling help desk support inquiries, and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
• Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
• System Administration skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the IT sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Windows Server Administration
• Hyper-V
• Basic Knowledge of S2D and System Center would be an added advantage
• Basic Knowledge of Networking
• Basic Knowledge of Firewall and Security
• Basic Knowledge of Dell IDRac would be an added advantage
