What You’ll Do
As our Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for government clients, responsible for :
Client Engagement : Build strong, trust-based relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving needs.
Primary Contact : Be the go-to expert for client inquiries, resolving issues with speed and professionalism.
Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on Entity requirements and project goals.
Performance & Reporting : Monitor account performance and provide insightful monthly reports.
Strategic Reviews : Conduct regular entity reviews to uncover new opportunities and enhance client value.
Growth & Strategy : Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business objectives.
Documentation & Budgeting : Prepare proposals, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Culture Champion : Model Cushman & Wakefield’s values and hold teams accountable to high standards.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a confident leader with :
Australian Citizenship and Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
5+ years’ experience in Account Management, ideally in the Government sector
Proven success leading large teams and managing complex projects
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
A passion for problem-solving and delivering results
