As a Lead FullStack Engineer, you will guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. You’ll work across the stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

Tasks :

• Lead the design and development of fullstack applications using Java , TypeScript , JavaScript , Angular or React
• Architect scalable systems and ensure adherence to software development best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
• Drive adoption of CI / CD , microservices , and cloud-native practices
• Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability

Professional Requirements and Expertise :

Good to have : Familiarity with Docker , AWS , SQL / NoSQL , and AI / ML integration
