Job Title : Marketing Executive – Events & Digital Marketing

Location : HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Reporting To : Head of Marketing

Experience : 1–2 years

Salary : ₹4–5 LPA (based on interview performance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to execute marketing strategies for trade shows, digital events, and audience development campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in event marketing, digital promotions, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution

Implement comprehensive marketing plans for trade shows and specialized sessions.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute audience development initiatives.

Lead multi-channel promotional campaigns ensuring consistent messaging and impact.

Digital Marketing & Communications

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end.

Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms.

Develop targeted pre-event and post-event attendee promotions.

Audience Development & Data Management

Work with the audience development team to maintain data accuracy and expand the attendee base.

Analyze audience insights and campaign performance to enhance marketing outcomes.

Event Support & Coordination

Provide on-site marketing support during trade shows and events.

Coordinate real-time social media coverage during live events.

Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless marketing execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between marketing and departments such as :

Design

Digital

Content

Video Production

Show Management

Drive coordination to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in event or digital marketing.

Strong proficiency in email and social media marketing .

Experience with marketing automation tools (Eloqua preferred) .

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel for trade shows and events .

Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
