Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing expertise, hands-on experience with Naukri, excellent communication skills, and proven ability in team coordination and stakeholder management. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment cycle, from understanding requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
• Source and screen profiles through Naukri and other job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to gather profile feedback and align hiring strategies.
• Manage internal meetings and maintain strong communication between the recruitment team and management.
• Oversee and support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS data to monitor hiring progress and quality metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3 to 4+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of Naukri sourcing, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.

Proven ability in team coordination, stakeholder management, and handling feedback sessions.

Good understanding of onboarding processes and HR operations.

Ability to manage multiple requirements with attention to detail and timelines.
