Tele-Counsellor (4 Positions) Location : Kolkata (On-site)

Experience : 2+ years (Experience in academic / education industry mandatory)

Compensation Package : ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Telecallers / Counsellors with a strong background in the EdTech or education counselling space. The role involves calling, guiding students and parents, and driving admissions for our education programs.

Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Clearly explain course offerings, teaching methodology, batch details and program benefits.

Follow up on inquiries and schedule appointments for counselling sessions.

Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.

Achieve monthly call and lead conversion targets.

Convert leads into walk-ins, counselling sessions and admissions.

Coordinate with the internal team for walk-ins, demos and conversions.

Requirements :

2+ years of experience in telecalling in the academic / education sector.

Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

Comfortable with target-driven counselling and follow-ups.

Ability to handle objections professionally and courteously.
