We are looking for skilled candidates to work in 'Level 2 (Higher level) Clerical Positions' in Vishwakarma University, Pune. The candidate shall have the eligibility and skill sets as mentioned below. The relevant experience and add-on certifications are desirable.
Skills required for Level 2 (Higher level) Clerical Position
- Proficient in English, Marathi / Hindi communication,
- Effective written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Interpret and apply applicable rules and regulations.
- Operate office equipment including computers and supporting word processing programs, spreadsheets, and database applications.
- Participate in the preparation of a variety of administrative and financial reports.
- Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.
- Independently prepare notices, notifications and office orders.
- Plan and organize work to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
- Work under steady pressure with frequent interruptions and a high degree of public contact by phone or in person
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by concerned authorities.
- Respond clearly and politely to queries from university stakeholders.
- Administrative work related to admission section, examination section, Training & Placement Dept., Academic Support.
- Understand the organization and operation of the university and of outside
agencies as necessary to perform assigned responsibilities.
Understand, interpret, and apply general and specific administrative anddepartmental policies and procedures.
