Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Handling Specialist located in Noida. The Customer Handling Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer communications via phone, email, and chat, recording customer interactions, processing customer requests, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
