As a Lead MDM Engineer, you will drive the MDM product development from ideation to launch, collaborating with product owners, architects, implementation partners, designers, and key collaborators to deliver top-notch MDM cloud experiences.

You will develop and support enterprise data management solutions for Customer and Product Master data, implementing business and technical requirements and supporting data analysis.

In this lead role, you will guide and mentor team members, applying strong analytical skills in process assessment, design, and deployment.

You will use data management principles and standard methodologies to detail current processes, profile data, understand data relationships, harmonize data elements, develop MDM solutions, create metrics and reports, and participate in data governance efforts.

Deep technical competence is essential.

• Develop and configure MDM and Data Quality tools such as Syndigo, Snowflake, and Alation.
• Perform data quality functions including audits, assessments, entity resolution, data profiling,

scorecard development, and exception management configuration.
