Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Travel Specialist. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for making travel arrangements, managing travel plans, assisting with business travel, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include booking flights, hotels, and transportation, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in organizing business travel plans
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Relevant experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field
