Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B sales for Maldives travel packages and tailor-made itineraries.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and DMCs.
- Manage end-to-end operations — hotel bookings, transfers, quotations, and confirmations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, resorts, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Prepare costings, proposals, and destination updates for clients.
- Stay updated with new resort launches, promotions, and market trends.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Maldives destination sales or operations (B2B).Strong knowledge of Maldives resorts and destination logistics.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in MS Office and reservation systems.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
