Job Summary : The ITBM Specialist will be responsible for the administration, scripting, integration, and development of IT Business Management (ITBM) solutions. This role requires expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

Key Responsibilities

ITBM Administration : Manage and maintain ITBM applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Scripting : Develop and maintain scripts to automate processes and enhance system functionality.

Integration : Design and implement integrations between ITBM and other enterprise systems.

CMDB Management : Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Application Development : Develop custom applications and modules within the ITBM framework.

ITSM : Implement and manage ITSM processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.

Project Portfolio Management : Manage and oversee the project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in ITBM administration, scripting, and integration.

Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and PPM.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.

Experience with ITBM tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
