About The Job

Purpose of the Job

The incumbent plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the organization. Responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and achieve long-term objectives. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to navigate complex challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis : Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor analysis, industry trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats. Analyse and interpret customer response and brand sales impact data to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of Doceree solutions and value-add strategic offerings.
  • Product Research, Development, and Commercialization : Lead the end-to-end process of product research, development, and commercialization, including market analysis, customer insights gathering, new product ideation, prototype development, product road mapping, technology assessment, quality assurance, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market opportunities.
  • Project management : Implement and oversee project management methodologies to ensure efficient execution, effective resource allocation, timely delivery, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, performance monitoring, and comprehensive documentation throughout strategic initiatives.
  • Presentation : Develop strategic presentations for the CEO and executive leadership. Providing clear, data-driven insights to support high-level decision-making.
  • Setting Objectives : Define clear and measurable objectives that support the overall strategic direction of the organization. Provide strategic guidance and support to departmental heads and project teams to ensure alignment with overall corporate strategy. Present strategic recommendations and updates to the executive team and board of directors, effectively communicating complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Formulating Strategies : Develop strategies to achieve organizational objectives, including market expansion, product development, pricing strategies, and partnerships. Act as a thought leader within the organization, staying abreast of industry developments and best practices in strategy formulation and execution.
  • Performance Monitoring : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor progress against strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams, to gain buy-in and support for strategic initiatives. Communicate strategic plans, progress, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborative Partnerships : Foster collaborative partnerships with external organizations, industry associations, and thought leaders. Seek opportunities for strategic alliances, joint ventures, or partnerships that can enhance the organization's capabilities and market position.

Qualifications Requirement : Experience, Skills & Education

  • 5-9 years of relevant experience.
  • Fast-Paced Environment Experience : Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in conducting data-driven primary and secondary research.
  • Flexibility and Project Management : Adaptable with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communicator and problem solver, adept at multitasking.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field required. Master's degree in business administration (MBA) from premier institutes only.
  • Healthcare background is mandatory.
