Job descriptionDaily monitoring of batch jobs in Solman Daily monitoring and handling of UC4-jobs (restarting, check for long runners, etc.) Processing the releases for all Cha RM landscapes on a regular basis Daily monitoring of all Cha RM landscapes (check for any issues here like import errors, missing imports, etc.) Checking the email inbox (SAP User Management Inbox & Transport Inbox) Processing of non-complex user request tickets in Solman Individual tasks in user management (do evaluations, cross-system-checks, housekeeping, master data maintenance, etc.) Process OSS-user / SSCR-key requests Monitoring and handling of OSS-related tasks (open system, check users, check schedules, etc.)
