Role Summary

As an Application Lead (SAP HANA DB Administration), you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP HANA database environments. Acting as the primary point of contact for your domain, you will oversee the development and performance of critical applications, guide technical teams, and ensure smooth collaboration across functions to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP HANA DB administration and related application lifecycle management.
• Oversee design, build, and configuration of applications to align with project objectives.
• Serve as the technical SME for SAP HANA DB operations and performance tuning.
• Manage and mentor technical teams; ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on architecture and design decisions.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
