Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. As a PjM I, you'll oversee sensor New Product Introduction and Business Sustaining projects for the Automotive and ICT markets. Your role involves facilitating project reviews, ensuring Lean Product Development compliance, and managing cross-functional teams.

You'll handle bottlenecks, risks, escalations, and tradeoffs using Lean principles to deliver projects on spec, on time, and within budget. Ideal candidates have technical project management experience, preferably in sensors and the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Project Approval Committee (PAC) facilitation

• Conducting cross function portfolio review meeting to get phase gates of projects approved
• Schedule & facilitate weekly PAC meetings and document PAC decisions.
• Continuously pick-up on feedback / best practices to introduce new processes or modify existing processes to better the process of LEANPD.
• Work with Finance to review Capital Expense Requests and Profit / Loss of critical project requests and align with project teams and Senior Leadership Team
