About the Role :

Join our client, a renowned IT firm, in the search for a Senior HR Professional with over 5 years of experience handling HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams of 50+ employees and ensuring seamless HR processes organization-wide.

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing end-to-end HR operations from onboarding to exit procedures.
• Oversight of payroll, attendance, and compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Leading and guiding HR team members for effective operations.
• Acting as a vital POSH Committee Member to maintain workplace compliance.
• Implementing and monitoring performance management systems and appraisals.
• Spearheading employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Maintaining HR reports, dashboards, and compliance records.
• Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
