AI & Automation Engineer (Fresher)

Location

Kochi

Key Responsibilities

Learn and work with automation tools like n8n, Make, Node-RED.

Assist in building simple chatbot flows for WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS.

Support in integrating APIs and connecting systems (Google Sheets, CRMs, etc.).

Test and troubleshoot automations to ensure they work smoothly.

Document processes and help the team with daily automation tasks.

Stay curious and keep learning about AI and automation tools.

Requirements

Fresh graduate in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (or equivalent).

Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and webhooks.

Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python / JavaScript preferred).

Interest in AI, chatbots, and workflow automation.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
