🌐 We're Hiring : Advanced AI Researchers & Engineers | Join JTW's Innovation Team

At JohnTuringWatson Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (JTW) , we're building the future of AI—and we're looking for exceptional talent to help lead it. Our AI Research Lab is actively working on cutting-edge solutions in Agentic AI and we’re expanding our team.

If you're passionate about solving real-world problems using AI, Machine Learning , and next-gen computation models , we’d love to connect with you.

Experience Level : 2+ years of experience.

🔍 We’re Looking for Talent With Expertise in One or More of the Following Areas :

Agentic AI – Designing autonomous, reasoning-driven systems
Python (required) for ML / AI pipelines and quantum programming
Deep Learning – Using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face frameworks
NLP and LLMs – Experience with transformer architectures , prompt engineering, or fine-tuning models
ML Ops – Knowledge in model deployment, performance tuning , and monitoring
Strong foundations in Mathematics, Probability, Linear Algebra , and Statistics

🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile :

Solid understanding of AI / ML concepts , including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning

Ability to research, prototype, and scale AI models into production

Comfortable working in a cross-functional R&D environment

Prior experience in contributing to AI publications, open-source projects, or patents (a plus)
