• Drive the full product lifecycle : ideation, requirements gathering, design, launch, and post-implementation support.
• Develop customized solutions leveraging API-driven architectures, multi-channel integrations, and third-party vendor platforms.
• Translate high-level business needs into product flows, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
• Define role-based access, user journeys, and workflows aligned with product best practices.
