Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. Ability to work independently under remote guidance from senior U.S. staff. Willingness to engage in 30 min–2 hr of evening overlap for U.S. collaboration. Hours & Commitment : Core Hours : Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM IST (on-site). Evening Collaboration : Up to two hours in the late evening, as needed for real‑time coordination with U.S. teams.
