Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant-Implementation Manager

In this role you will be responsible for simplifying complex IT Systems solutions for customers in all industries, understanding how to structure a process capture and process improvement initiative and how to facilitate the client through a pragmatic decision-making process.

Responsibilities :

• .Lead implementation projects and be completely accountable for all aspects.
• .Develop and review the project plan, milestones, and delivery.
• .Lead solution discussion for Solution architect
• .Interact with project stakeholders and manage expectations
• .Preparation of Functional requirement document and closure with all stakeholders
• .Ensure application documentation is as per standard
• .Suggest improvements in system development
• .Guide technical leads and developers
• .Team handling and issue resolution
• .Identifying issues, risks and benefits from the existing (as-is) and proposed (to-be) solutions and outlining their impact on business.
• .Being involved in implementation, training and testing of the solutions
• .Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
• .Building relationships with customers at ground level and mid management level, to help manage the account, with support from the Program / Implementation Manager / Lead.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications.Experience in Operational excellence related projects.
