Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and onboard new employers, recruitment agencies, and HR partners to post jobs on the Jobs Capital platform.
- Pitch Jobs Capital's job posting and branding solutions to potential clients.
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Assist in developing and executing business growth strategies.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
- Collect market feedback and share insights for product improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for employers.
- Track business metrics, sales activities, and conversion reports.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong interest in recruitment, HR tech, or SaaS-based platforms.Ability to identify opportunities and build client relationships.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn outreach.Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.Skills Required
