As we grow, we seek a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Executive to support our people strategy, ensure compliance, and help foster a productive and positive workplace culture.
JOB SUMMARY :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive's day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, generating leads, and meeting sales targets. This role involves creating sales strategies, conducting market research, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for showcasing our products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Identify and develop new customer accounts and sales opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and farm visits when needed (If Needed).
Maintain customer records and sales data using CRM tools and Excel dashboards.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with pivot tables and charts.
Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries effectively.
Assist in local exhibitions and online campaigns to promote ChickCoop® products.
Translate promotional materials or engage with regional customers as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in agriculture or FMCG).
Strong command of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, data analysis).
Solid IT proficiency : CRM software, ERP, and basic troubleshooting.
Multi-lingual abilities required – fluency in English and at least two regional Indian languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS :
Experience in agri-tech, livestock, or B2B & B2C sales.
Familiarity with tools like MS Exel, Cloud, Google Sheets, MS Excel Client Database, or Power BI.
Knowledge of Modern farming (U.S) or rural agricultural dynamics is a plus.
